By using Recco, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Using Recco

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Recco.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You agree not to post unlawful, harassing, abusive, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or infringing content.
• You grant Recco a license to host and display content you submit solely to operate the service for you and your friends.

User-generated content and community standards

Recco is a social app. You may share recommendations, notes, voice memos, market asks, and other content with people you connect with. You are responsible for what you post.

Zero tolerance: There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We prohibit harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, spam, sexual content involving minors, and illegal activity.

• You can report objectionable content or users in the app. Reports are reviewed by our team.
• You can block abusive users. Blocking removes that person's content from your feed immediately and notifies our team.
• We aim to review reports and take action within 24 hours, including removing content and suspending or terminating accounts that violate these Terms.

Friends and visibility

Content you share may be visible to people you connect with. You control who you add as friends, but you are responsible for what you share.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users or the service.

Disclaimers

Recco is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recco and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
